The gist:

A small, structured cohort for women learning to inhabit their own power after evangelicalism.

You’ve already done the questioning. You can see your patterns.

And still—you notice where you hesitate, override yourself, or look outside for confirmation.

This is a space to practice something different.

6 live sessions over 12 weeks.
No advice. No fixing. Just real-time practice learning to trust your own voice and hold your ground in it.

The details (if you want them):

How It Works

  • 12 weeks total
  • 6 live sessions (every other week)
  • Workbook included (emailed to you)
  • Starts Sunday, April 19, 2026
  • 9:30 AM (90 minutes)
  • Small, intentionally limited group

Optional reflection between sessions
(no required homework)

What We’ll Focus On

This cohort focuses primarily on personal power:

• learning to hear your own voice again
• making decisions without spiraling
• understanding the patterns you were taught
• relating to your thoughts and emotions differently

We’ll also begin to explore relational power:

• what you tolerate
• what you say or don’t say
• how you respond to others

This is the foundation.

Because how you relate to yourself shapes how you show up everywhere else—including the systems you’re part of.

What You’ll Leave With

Not a new identity. Not a perfect sense of clarity.

But something more usable and practical:

  • the ability to notice your own patterns more quickly
  • less second-guessing after decisions
  • a clearer sense of what feels true for you
  • more capacity to stay with yourself, even when you’re unsure

Why this works

Most people try to change these patterns by thinking harder.

More analysis.
More information.
More trying to get to the “right” answer.

But if your patterns were learned through repetition—through environments where certain ways of thinking, feeling, and deciding were reinforced over time—then they don’t shift through insight alone.

They shift through practice.

This cohort is structured to give you that in a way most spaces don’t.

Instead of only talking about your patterns, you’ll be:

  • noticing them in real time (while you’re thinking, writing, and sharing)
  • staying with your own experience a few moments longer than you normally would
  • hearing yourself out loud, without being interrupted, analyzed, or redirected
  • listening to other women do the same, which helps you recognize your own patterns more clearly

That combination matters.

Because over time, something subtle starts to change:

You catch yourself sooner.
You recover more quickly after decisions.
You feel less urgency to get everything “right.”

Not because you forced it—but because you’ve practiced relating to yourself differently.

And that’s what actually builds self-trust.

If this resonates...

You don’t need to overthink it.

You probably won’t get a perfectly clear answer about whether this is the “right” choice.

That’s part of the work.

But if something here feels relevant, that’s usually worth paying attention to.
